Peer Mentoring

… explores the depth and breadth of Peer Mentoring, including an understanding of the differences between ‘Classic Mentoring’, ‘Team Mentoring’, and ‘Peer Mentoring’.  The program empowers participants through understanding their fears and how not to project fears into insecurities.  The program is hyper practical, skill based approach to Peer Mentoring.

Peer Mentoring equips and empowers key students by...
  •  Clarifying the role of Peer Mentoring (this is completed in consultation with the school).
  •  Sharpens the necessary skills in order to fulfil the role of Peer Mentoring
  •  Explores the non-negotiable elements of running engaging activities.

What Schools Say!

“Peer Power has a unique way of tapping in to what matters to students. They always find the right tone and the right pitch to convince our young women they have the potential to lead and the skills they need to make the difference they wish to see.” Wendy Lauman, Dean of Students, St Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School

“Peer Power seminars engage students in leadership conversations and then equip them with the practical skills to embrace and excel in leadership roles.” Dr Regan Neumann, College Executive Principal Kelvin Grove State College
